What we collect

• Email address, zip code, and trade/profession you enter at onboarding
• Project descriptions and any photos you submit inside the chat
• Feedback on estimate accuracy (thumbs up / thumbs down)
• Basic usage analytics: page views, referrer, approximate session activity, and product-event counters (quote generated, PDF downloaded, etc.)

How we use it

• Generate and deliver estimates to you as downloadable PDFs
• Improve our regional pricing accuracy over time
• Understand how people use the product so we can make it better
• If you reply to any outreach from outreach@kerrn.ai, a real person reads it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone
• We don't share your project details with third parties
• We don't send marketing emails unless you contact us first
• We don't use cross-site trackers, ad networks, or third-party cookies

Data storage & deletion

Your data is stored securely on US-based servers (Vercel + Vercel KV). Estimates and project data are retained to improve our pricing models. Email us at outreach@kerrn.ai to request deletion of your data at any time.

Third-party services

• OpenAI — processes your project descriptions and voice notes to generate estimates
• Vercel — hosts the app and stores analytics / pricing data
• Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — anonymized traffic metrics
