Foreman generates rough estimates based on regional averages. They're starting points, not bids. Always verify pricing with your own suppliers and subs before committing to a quote.
Estimates
- All estimates are for informational purposes only
- Estimates are based on publicly available regional cost data and AI analysis of your project description
- Kerrn does not guarantee the accuracy of any estimate
- You are responsible for verifying all material prices, labor rates, and project scope before using any estimate in a bid or contract
- Kerrn is not liable for any financial loss resulting from decisions based on our estimates
Beta access
Foreman is currently in free beta. You get 10 free estimates. Paid subscriptions and app-store distribution are coming soon. Beta terms may change before general release.
Your content
- Project descriptions you submit are used to generate estimates
- We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our pricing models
- We do not share your specific project details with third parties
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service — no scraping, automated spam, or attempts to exfiltrate data. We rate-limit and may block abusive traffic.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Foreman after changes constitutes acceptance.
